A bot instead of Discord's built-in Server Subscriptions
With Discord Server Subscriptions, Discord is the seller. It holds the money, keeps a share of each subscription under its monetization policy, pays out on its own schedule to a bank it supports, and sets the rules for what you're allowed to sell. Run the same thing through a bot and the sale goes onto accounts you already control: members pay you in your own PayPal or Stripe, in any country those two will open an account in, and we take nothing from the sale. What you give up is the convenience. Members leave the app to pay, you invite a bot, and you share a link.
